Our cancellation policy is designed to be transparent and fair, giving guests the flexibility to adjust their plans when needed. We understand that life can throw surprises your way, and we strive to accommodate our riders as best we can while maintaining safe, consistent scheduling for all passengers.

Please note that weather conditions may also result in last-minute cancellations by the pilot for safety reasons. In those cases, you will always be given the option to reschedule.

Before your flight, please take a moment to understand how we handle refunds, and rescheduling: 

We get it, sometimes plans change.

  • More than 72 Hours Before The Scheduled Meet Time
    You’ll receive a full refund, no questions asked.

  • Between 72 and 24 Hours Before The Meet Time
    While we can’t issue a refund in this window, you’ll be eligible for a flight voucher and can reschedule your experience.

  • Less Than 24 Hours Before The Meet Time
    Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable, and no voucher will be issued.
