Cancellation Policy
If your plans change, the following refund and rescheduling terms apply based on your scheduled meeting time.
More than 72 hours before meeting
You are eligible for a full refund.
Between 72 and 24 hours before meeting
A refund is unavailable during this window. You can receive a flight voucher and reschedule your experience.
Less than 24 hours before meeting
No refund or flight voucher is available for cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled meeting.
Weather cancellations
The pilot may cancel at short notice when weather conditions make flying unsafe. If that happens, you will have the option to reschedule.
